College or associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years security experience and Act 33 / 34 clearances.  Must have experience supervising and leading a team.  This position requires extreme attentiveness with the security monitors, alarms, and execution of security procedures ensuring the safety of the patrons during late evening events, evening/night staff, facilities, and other facility contents.  Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is desired.  This position is moderately physically demanding.  This position requires the ability to be both a multi-team player as well as function independently with a lot of self-motivation. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and remain calm in emergency situations.  The Chief of Security must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
