Title: Chief Nursing Officer

Compensation:
Pay Range: $150,000-$175,000 Per Year
Description:
• This role is responsible for leading nursing practice, clinical support operations, and patient safety in an ambulatory care setting.
• The position is based in Philadelphia, PA, and requires a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to enhance nursing competencies and ensure regulatory compliance, using a generic technology platform.
Requirements:
• Develop and implement operating plans for clinical support services.
• Establish policies for medication administration and infection control.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.
• Serve as Risk Manager and oversee incident investigations.
• Collaborate to create training programs and competency systems.
• Represent organization in external forums and build partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN required.
• Master's Degree strongly preferred.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in ambulatory/primary care or community health.
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) preferred.
• Proficiency in survey readiness and quality assurance initiatives.
• Expertise in infection prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Strong budgeting, change management, and communication skills.
