Job Details

Oversee 1 Nurse Manager, 4 Nurse Supervisors
Collaborate across disciplines to improve care quality and outcomes
Drive strategic improvements in staffing, culture, and patient ratios
Represent nursing on key hospital committees and initiatives

Requirements
Current RN license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
BSN and Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program)
5+ years in a hospital setting; 2+ years in nursing management
Experience with IRF or acute care preferred
