Lifepoint Health is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) for Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital located in Somerset, Kentucky.

Program Focus:
• Enhance leadership and business management abilities through hands-on assignments, job rotations, instructor-led courses, and distance learning • Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization • Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes, complexities, and service lines, including rotations at our Support Center • Take on a leadership role within the hospital, managing a group of departments
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will play an integral role in the hospitals decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with the hospitals mission, while staying informed on clinical healthcare changes that may impact its success.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports • Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure • Masters degree in business, nursing, or related field
