Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Provider/practitioner in the field of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pain management, Adult Care.  The ideal candidate is an excellent leader with a deep understanding of clinical management. 

Responsibilities 
  • Create and implement short and long-term success strategies for the practice's continued success
  • Identify and address the facility’s weaknesses
  • Provide leadership and foster engagement of personnel
  • Promote the hospital’s vision, mission, and company values
  • Research and implement new approaches to improving patient care
  • Evaluate, track, and report on company performance and goals
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Chief Medical Officer is preferred
  • A medical degree and a Master of Business (MBA) are preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical risk management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
