Chief Marketing Officer

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an award-winning professional services organization to identify a Chief Marketing Officer in Dallas, TX. This role is fully onsite and will lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand growth, client acquisition, and digital innovation across a multi-brand organization.

This position is ideal for a visionary marketing executive who thrives on driving growth, embraces emerging technologies, and has a proven ability to build high-performing teams while delivering measurable business results.

Required:

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in executive leadership
• Proven success developing and executing multi-channel, multi-brand marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, analytics, ROI measurement, and budget management
• Experience leveraging AI and marketing technology to improve campaign performance, automation, and customer acquisition
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives

Preferred:

• Experience leading marketing for highly regulated or professional services organizations
• Background working with agencies or organizations serving the legal industry
• Experience leading brand expansion, repositioning, or large-scale marketing transformations
• Expertise with CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and emerging AI technologies
• Experience developing multicultural or bilingual marketing strategies to expand market reach
