We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the organization’s overall information technology (IT) strategy, enterprise systems, digital transformation, and technology operations. This executive role is responsible for ensuring that technology infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity posture, and digital capabilities fully support business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
The ideal candidate is a senior technology executive with deep experience in enterprise IT leadership, systems architecture, cybersecurity governance, and large-scale digital transformation across complex organizations.

Define and execute the organization’s enterprise IT strategy and roadmap
Oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure, applications, and systems integration
Align technology investments with business goals and long-term strategy
Lead modernization of legacy systems and adoption of cloud-first architecture
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
Drive adoption of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS platforms
Implement automation, AI, and advanced analytics capabilities
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
Foster innovation across IT and business operations
Oversee enterprise cybersecurity strategy in partnership with security leadership
Ensure protection of systems, networks, and sensitive data
Establish governance frameworks for risk, compliance, and data protection
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
Lead incident response planning and security resilience initiatives
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and enterprise systems
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of technology services
Manage IT service delivery, support operations, and help desk functions
Drive continuous improvement in IT operations and service management (ITIL)
Optimize IT cost structure and infrastructure efficiency
Oversee data strategy, governance, and enterprise analytics platforms
Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security across the organization
Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards and BI tools
Manage enterprise systems (ERP, EHR, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
Support advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives
Lead and develop IT leadership teams including Directors, Managers, and Engineers
Build a high-performing, scalable IT organization
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence
Provide mentorship and leadership development across IT functions
Partner with CEO, COO, CFO, and other executives on technology strategy
Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
Represent IT in executive leadership and board-level discussions
Support cross-functional initiatives across clinical, financial, and operational teams
Ensure technology enables business performance and growth
Oversee IT governance frameworks and policy development
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and strategic partnerships
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and audit requirements
Conduct technology risk assessments and mitigation planning
Maintain documentation and governance standards across IT systems
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IT systems
Oversee incident response for system outages or cybersecurity events
Ensure rapid restoration of services during disruptions
Maintain resilience of mission-critical systems
Coordinate crisis response with executive leadership teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree (MBA, MSIT, or related) strongly preferred
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
5+ years in senior executive roles (CIO, CTO, VP IT, or equivalent)
Strong background in enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems
Strong executive communication and leadership skills
Must currently reside in one of the approved locations listed above
Experience in healthcare, enterprise, or highly regulated industries
Strong background in cloud migration and modernization programs
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML platforms
Experience managing global or multi-site IT organizations
Strong vendor management and IT procurement experience
Background in ITIL, COBIT, or other governance frameworks
Experience presenting to boards and executive committees
