What You'll Lead
Enterprise Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy aligned with McGregor's mission, strategic plan, and financial objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for growth through market expansion, referral development, service innovation, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish measurable goals and performance metrics for lead generation, referrals, admissions, occupancy, brand awareness, digital engagement, and revenue opportunities.
- Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, and performance analytics to inform strategic priorities and investment decisions.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Expand and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, healthcare systems, senior service organizations, community partners, and referral sources.
- Build a sustainable business development infrastructure that supports long-term organizational growth.
- Identify collaborative opportunities that enhance McGregor's position as a trusted leader in aging services.
Brand Leadership & Marketing Excellence
- Champion McGregor's brand across every touchpoint, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects our mission, values, and commitment to exceptional care.
- Lead comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that increase visibility, engagement, recruitment, and customer confidence.
- Drive digital marketing innovation while strengthening community awareness and public trust.
Digital Strategy & Storytelling
- Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, content development, reputation management, and online engagement.
- Elevate McGregor's voice by sharing meaningful stories that highlight our residents, employees, partners, and mission.
- Use data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Executive Leadership
- Inspire and develop a collaborative, high-performing team responsible for marketing, communications, outreach, business development, and digital engagement.
- Foster innovation, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Partner with leaders across operations, clinical services, philanthropy, finance, and human resources to ensure growth initiatives support organizational priorities.
- Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team regarding market opportunities, competitive positioning, and organizational growth.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Ten or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in growth strategy, business development, marketing, communications, or sales.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable organizational growth.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
