As CFO, this executive will direct and oversee all financial activities of the organization, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. This is a strategic position requiring a visionary leader capable of developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies that align with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in financial decision-making, risk management, and establishing the financial policies that guide the company's growth trajectory.

·         Direct all fiscal reporting activities including organizational revenue/expense analysis, balance sheet reporting, stakeholder communications, tax returns, and financial transparency compliance

·         Oversee comprehensive financial operations including budgeting, reporting, auditing, and internal controls

·         Develop, recommend, and implement financial strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and performance targets

·         Partner with executive leadership and Board of Directors on strategic financial planning and capital allocation decisions

·         Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and audit requirements

·         Supervise investment strategies, direct fundraising initiatives, and align financial tactics with sales and business development strategies

·         Provide strategic counsel on long-term business planning, financial forecasting, and growth opportunities

·         Evaluate and optimize all formal finance-related procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

·         Minimum 20 years of progressive financial experience

·         At least 10 years in executive leadership positions with P&L responsibility

·         Advanced knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

·         Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, financial forecasting, and modeling

·         Proficiency with MS Office suite and financial management/ERP software systems

·         Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·         Experience with publicly traded or private equity-backed companies

·         Background in strategic financial planning and merger/acquisition activity
