Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, acting as the primary architect of The Sovereign Kingdom s (TSK) financial future. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including the current $20M equity raise, international tax structuring for a global footprint, and investment strategies for flagship property acquisitions. This role requires a sophisticated leader who understands that in the ultra-luxury sector, financial precision is the foundation that allows the "prize" of the TSK experience to remain exclusive and sustainable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Fundraising
Lead and manage the $20M Series A equity round, including investor relations, due diligence, and capital allocation strategy.
Develop complex financial models to project long-term growth within the $1T global luxury travel market.
Advise on the financial feasibility of global property acquisitions and strategic hospitality partnerships.
Global Operations & Compliance
Establish and oversee international financial structures to support operations in multiple global jurisdictions.
Implement robust internal controls, financial reporting systems, and audit processes to ensure 5-star institutional grade transparency.
Manage tax strategy and compliance for a Wyoming-based LLC with global high-net-worth revenue streams.
Data-Driven Decision Support
Partner with the CTO and CMO to analyze platform data, ensuring marketing spend and tech development yield high ROI.
Provide the executive team with real-time financial dashboards focusing on burn rate, runway, and UHNWI acquisition costs.
Oversee the P&L for all flagship properties, ensuring operational efficiency without compromising the ultra-luxury service standard.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, family offices, and legal counsel regarding financial matters.
Lead Board-level reporting on financial performance, risk management, and capital structure.
Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a CFO or VP Finance role within luxury hospitality, real estate private equity, or high-growth tech.
Capital Markets: Proven track record of successfully closing $10M+ funding rounds and managing investor relations.
International Expertise: Experience managing global financial operations and complex cross-border tax/legal structures.
Education: CPA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
