Bernau Capital Partners is on the hunt for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join us at our home office in West Des Moines, Iowa and play a key role in fueling our next phase of growth.
This isn’t your typical CFO role. Yes, you’ll lead all Finance and Accounting functions across the United States, but you’ll also be at the center of the action partnering closely with leadership to spot opportunities, structure deals, and help us creatively find and deploy capital for mergers and acquisitions. From identifying untapped value to navigating complex transactions, you’ll be instrumental in turning big ideas into real outcomes.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading finance and accounting across multiple industries and brings both sharp analytical skills and a builder’s mindset. You’re someone who can think big, move fast, and still keep the details tight.
If you’re energized by the idea of driving growth, shaping deals, and making a tangible impact while working with a collaborative and forward-thinking team, this role offers both challenge and excitement in equal measure.
