As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with our CEO and Executive Team to lead the financial strategy behind our mission.

We are a mission-driven organization across Southern California and managing upwards of $100M.

Job Details

What You'll Do

Partner with the CEO to shape and execute organization-wide strategic goals
Sit at the table with our Board and Executive Committee, providing insight on performance, risk, and opportunity
Ensure compliance and strong fiscal performance across state funding programs, contracts, and grants
Oversee risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance from a financial lens
Build out a more robust bonus/profit-share structure alongside our leadership team
Champion a culture of transparency, equity, and collaboration across the organization

What You Bring

10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
5+ years at the executive level
Deep expertise in GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, general ledger oversight, and FP&A
Hands-on experience with M&A activity
Strong background in risk management and resource allocation
Working knowledge of state and federal funding programs experience
Bachelor's degree required
Master's in Business preferred
Excellent communicator who can build relationships across a diverse, multidisciplinary team
