Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


Compensation: $200,000 to $250,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:



  • Drive strategic, operational, and financial transformation across a growth-oriented business

  • Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, banking relationships, and insurance/risk management

  • Implement process improvements

  • Lead and develop the team (10 - 12 in accounting/finance)

  • Partner directly with CEO and board to guide business decisions

  • Play a key role in ERP implementation, cross-functional engagement, and continuous process optimization



Requirements of the Chief Financial Officer:



  • Experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a growing business

  • Hands-on executive with demonstrated impact

  • Experience with negotiating insurance and banking agreements

  • ERP implementation experience
