The Opportunity

Chief Financial Officer - Ambulatory and Ancillary Services

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Pharmacy, ASC, and Radiology Enterprise is a key senior executive responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight across these service lines within the integrated healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the system CFO, this position manages all aspects of financial strategy, compliance, and performance management. The CFO ensures alignment with the organization's vision and values, oversees compliance with regulatory requirements, and drives financial performance to support both immediate operational goals and long-term organizational objectives. This role also collaborates closely with executive leadership to develop and implement financial policies and initiatives that promote excellence, integrity, and a patient-first culture. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and long‑range planning aligned with organizational growth goals. Leverage financial systems, analytics, and technology to support decision‑making. Manage operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, and board‑level presentations.Optimize pharmacy, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Lab LLC, and ambulatory radiology purchasing via matrix relationship, pricing, and distribution to improve margins and efficiency. Review payor contracting and performance to advise the organization on contract renewals. Direct revenue cycle activities, including denials, billing, coding, and payer relations. Oversee compliance with HRSA, CMS, CLIA / CAP (Lab), ACR and state regulations pharmacy and imaging standard, including regulatory and 340B performance.Lead and develop finance, accounting, and billing teams. Lead cross-service-line team development, system-level goal alignment in strategic and annual planning. Develop KPIs for operational performance and ensure continued quality improvement for financial performanceQualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years serving as a CFO or in another senior executive role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management across several entities or health systems is essential.
  • Candidates with experience in ambulatory care, pharmacy, laboratory services, or a diversified service line background is strongly preferred.

Pay: $346,028 - $519,022 annual base salary. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience
