WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING AS OUR CHIEF FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
Maintaining hotel grounds and the building to keep the landscaping fresh and facilities in great condition
Developing and following a structured plan to stay on top of corrective and preventative maintenance
Promptly fulfilling daily work orders and making general repairs as needed
Ensuring the swimming pool temperature and chemistry align with modern health guidelines
Treating guests respectfully and promptly reporting security concerns to keep everyone safe
Supporting maintenance budget planning and making recommendations for spending
