POSITION GOAL
The Chief Facilities Officer is responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic oversight for theDistrict's facilities, capital planning, construction, maintenance, real estate, and physical plant operations. The position leads long-range facilities planning, capital improvement initiatives, infrastructure modernization, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence efforts to ensure safe,efficient, and high-performing learning and work environments aligned with the District's Strategic Plan and long-term organizational priorities.
