- Experience: Minimum two years of full-time experience in business management and development.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related.
Quarterly travel to office locations in New York and Vermont: visit the company's office locations across New York state and Vermont four times per year.
Part-time telecommute (work from home) is permitted up to twice a week.
- Strategic Leadership: Establish and implement long-term growth strategy, including acquisitions, market expansion, and development of new service lines.
- Operational Management: Oversee senior executives in operations, finance, HR, and clinical leadership to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
- Financial Oversight: Direct budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics; utilize data-driven models to optimize profitability and manage risk.
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring seamless integration into the Roligo platform.
- Leadership Development: Recruit, mentor, and supervise senior management and regional leaders, building a scalable leadership pipeline and organizational capacity.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, investors, lenders, and external partners to align strategy and financial performance.
The Chief Executive Officer provides overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a multi-state dental support organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for defining and executing the company’s strategy, driving growth, and ensuring sustainable performance across all practices within the Roligo network.
