We're looking for visionary leaders who understand the strategic value of data and can use AI to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth for SaaS companies.
As CEO, you will take full ownership of business performance while reimagining traditional models through AI, data, and digital transformation.You should have a deep appreciation for new technologies and the ability to understand product engineering in a cloud-hosted environment. Must have embraced AI coding tools and LLMs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute a bold vision to transform the business using AI, data, and emerging technologies.
- AI & Data-Driven Transformation:
- Champion the adoption of AI across operations, products, and customer experiences. Build a culture that treats data as a core strategic asset.
- Operational Excellence:
- Lead end-to-end business operations of OpCos, driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Innovation & Growth:
- Identify new revenue streams and business models enabled by AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Talent & Culture:
- Build and lead high-performing teams with a strong focus on digital, data, and AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with board members, investors, and senior leadership to align on strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Performance Accountability:
- Own P&L, growth metrics, and overall business success.
Qualifications & Experience- Proven experience as a CEO, Business Head, or Senior Executive leading small to mid scale business units or companies.
- Strong understanding of AI, data strategy, and digital transformation.
- Track record of successfully transforming businesses using technology and innovation.
- Experience managing full P&L and driving growth in competitive markets.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
