The Chief Development Officer provides visionary leadership for fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic strategy in support of the Arizona's Children Association's child welfare mission. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team, the CDO drives revenue growth, stewards key relationships, and aligns development efforts with organizational priorities to ensure long-term sustainability.
Grounded in AzCA's mission to protect, support, and advocate for children and families, the CDO builds strong, authentic relationships with donors, foundations, corporate partners, and community stakeholders. This role works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and senior leadership to cultivate a culture of philanthropy and to position the organization as a trusted leader in child welfare.
Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00
