Strategic Growth & Business Development

  • Develop and execute the company's enterprise-wide growth strategy. nt
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, business models, and market expansion initiatives. nt
  • Evaluate emerging retail trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats. nt
  • Lead strategic planning efforts focused on long-term growth and profitability. nt
  • Present growth opportunities and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. n

Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, licensors, landlords, airports, transportation hubs, and other strategic stakeholders. nt
  • Negotiate high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial agreements. nt
  • Identify opportunities to expand brand presence through new channels and partnerships. nt
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership performance reviews. n

Market Expansion

  • 5+ years of executive-level experience in business development, corporate strategy, corporate development, or growth-focused leadership roles. nt
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. nt
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and managing high-value commercial agreements. nt
  • Strong financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis. nt
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. nt
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills n
