The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to secure philanthropic support and foster strong relationships with the alumni community. This role involves working closely with the executive team, faculty, and staff to identify and cultivate potential donors, as well as overseeing the planning and execution of various fundraising campaigns and events.The ideal CAO will have a proven track record in advancement, with experience in major gift solicitation, annual giving, and planned giving. A deep understanding of the principles of donor stewardship and the ability to effectively communicate the mission and vision of the organization are essential. The role also requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of advancement professionals and to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the advancement program.
