Job Function -

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Bank's administrative functions, including Facilities Management, Legal Administration, HR & other areas as assigned. Partners closely with management to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the effective administration of policies and procedures that support the Bank's mission, culture, and long-term strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities -

  • Develops, implements, and monitors policies, procedures, and programs to ensure operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborates with management to support strategic planning initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Directs Facilities Management activities, including maintenance, space planning, capital improvement projects, and oversight of Bank properties and equipment.
  • Coordinates Legal matters with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, including contract administration, litigation management, policy review, and corporate governance support.
  • Oversees Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, Learning & Development, and organizational development..
  • Prepares and manages departmental budgets, negotiates vendor agreements, and ensures efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensures that own work is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Related Experience -

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in administrative management, including oversight of Facilities, Legal Administration, HR & related functions or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Prior Banking or financial services industry preferred.
  • Prior work experience in facilities or prior experience in an administrative capacity for a financial institution preferred.

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, regulations, and legal documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business management systems. Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and effectively lead change initiatives

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements -

  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate a keyboard if required performing the essential job functions.
  • Ability to read and interpret a document.
  • Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department an "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence, omitting lifting as a physical requirement.
