Position: Chief Administrative Manager

Salary: $6,393.21 - $8,323.45 per month (depending on experience)
General Position Summary
This position is the Chief Administrator for the District Attorney's Office. Primary duties include overall management of office, the supervision of staff and attorneys, programs, contracts and extradition matters. Responsible for all aspects of the budget (prepares departmental annual budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, departmental payroll, and all financial reporting for grants and programs.)

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of fifteen employees in the District Attorneys. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises fifteen non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Four-year college or university program certificate; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SprongBrook Accounting software; Contact Management systems; Database software; SpringBrook Human Resource systems; Internet software; Word Processing software; Excel Spreadsheet software and SpringBrook Payroll systems.

Work Schedule
The normal work schedule is 8.00 hours per day 5 days per week; exact schedules are assigned by management. It is the attendance standard of the employer that all employees be present and on time each shift they are scheduled to work. Full or partial absence during any scheduled shift, arriving late, or leaving early, for whatever reason, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Time off may be approved if allowed by applicable policies covering illness, injury, or other personal emergency.
