General Responsibilities
Protect the Chick-fil-A Brand
Train, mentor, and coach the team
Ensure operational excellence in the front and back of the house
Monitor productivity data and adjust staff as needed
Ensure breaks are taken appropriately
Approve meal discounts
Verify cash drawers and final counts
Ensure legitimacy of bills
Complete daily critical checklists
Enforce safety procedures
Complete cleaning and stocking checklists
Identify and develop future leaders
Required Skills/Abilities
Age requirement: 18 yrs or older
Positive and professional attitude
Effective communication and conflict management skills
Ability to lead and influence effectively
Proficient in basic computer skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Work outside in a variety of weather
Effective communication with different languages
