This is not a typical shift lead position. Our evening leaders help operate one of the busiest and most fast-paced restaurants in the area while leading large teams during critical peak business hours. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work directly alongside your team to execute excellent operations, create a positive and energetic culture, and deliver remarkable guest experiences. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while receiving coaching and leadership development from experienced operators and leaders who are passionate about growing people. This role is designed for someone who wants to build long-term leadership skills and continue advancing into greater responsibility over time.
