      We are looking for an enthusiastic<\/i> Restaurant Manager<\/b> to join our team at Chick -fil -A<\/b>. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive team performance. Responsibilities include team training, ensuring food quality, maintaining high standards for food and beverage operations, and achieving sales goals. The manager will also create a positive work culture that supports growth, leadership, and operational excellence. This role exists to provide operational continuity, leadership accountability, and execution of Chick -fil -A standards.

      • Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant

      • Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
