Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Assist in daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, decision-making, and inventory management.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Participate in local restaurant marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand awareness.
  • Leadership Development: Attend training sessions on leadership skills, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Contribute to special projects, such as process improvement initiatives, new product launches, digital marketing, and improvement projects through LEAN initiatives, enhance training plans, and learn the impacts of indirect leadership.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive experience for every guest by upholding

Qualifications and Requirements
