At Chick-fil-A, the Delivery Driver role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing an exceptional delivery experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Delivery Guidelines:

• Delivery hours will be from 7:00am - 8:00pm
• Chick-fil-A company vehicles used for deliveries exclusively
• All deliveries average of 10-15 minutes from the restaurant
• Adherence to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• When not on a delivery, drivers must support the catering department
• Passengers are not allowed on Chick-fil-A deliveries

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Deliver Chick-fil-A orders in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other downtime tasks related to delivery and/or catering

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must complete a driving background check to verify a clean driving record for the past 2 years (upon onboarding)
• Must complete our Driver Security & Safety Program
• Must have a smartphone to download delivery driver app
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Hustle outside of delivery vehicle
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
