Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. Our kitchen team is responsible for serving quality and accurate products, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and adhering to Chick-fil-A food-safe kitchen standards at all times. We expect our team to work together, communicate effectively and consistently, and to work with a sense of urgency at all times. You will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of positions including operating open fryers and pressure cookers, fileting and hand-breading chicken products, food prep, boards, griddle, and preparing hand-made biscuits.
