Chicago Office - Complex Commercial Litigation Mid-Level Associate

Winston Taylor's Chicago office seeks a dedicated and experienced mid‑level associate for the complex commercial litigation group. Candidate should have at least three years of broad‑based, general litigation experience at a top‑tier law firm or as a Federal Court judicial clerk. Must possess strong writing, research, and case‑management skills and experience coordinating matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high‑stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions.
