Position Summary:

Affirmed Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide dedicated in-home care for an elderly client. This is a per diem opportunity for Sundays, ideal for caregivers looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact.

Schedule:

Sundays | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, one-on-one care in a private home setting

• Support client with daily living activities (ADLs)

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Monitor and report any changes in condition

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Follow individualized care plans and clinical guidance

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification

• Prior experience working with dementia or memory care patients required

• Patient, compassionate, and attentive demeanor

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Ability to work independently in a home setting

• Reliable and punctual
