What You'll Do
We keep it simple: you'll provide dependable, compassionate care that helps our clients stay safe, independent, and cared for at home.
Your work may include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Companionship and conversation
- Medication reminders
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Dementia care (training available)
- Assistance with walking, transfers, and safety
What You'll Need
- Current NJ CHHA license (Certified Home Health Aide)
- Physical exam (within last 12 months)
- Negative TB test (within last 12 months)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for hourly roles)
- A heart for service and a professional, respectful attitude
- Must pass background check and provide references
