Bowser Chevrolet of Monroeville is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chevrolet Master Technician to join our award-winning service team in Monroeville, PA. Essential Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Hyundai vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Accurately identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentice and entry-level technicians.
- Communicate additional repair recommendations and maintenance needs to Service Advisors in a timely manner.
- Participate in Hyundai factory-sponsored training and maintain all required certifications.
- Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Chevrolet Master Technician Certification required.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions License required.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, repair procedures, and service information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
