in Longmont, Colorado. We are seeking a Lead or Co-Lead Teacher, or an Assistant
Teacher/Intern, to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications: Ideal Candidate:
Has experience or interest in Montessori education
Enjoys working with young children
Values collaboration, communication, and respectful partnership
Is reflective, flexible, and committed to professional growth
Enjoys working in a close-knit, relationship-centered environment
Salary Range: $16 to $28 an hour

Lead or co-lead Montessori teacher, or assistant/intern teacher
