Job Summary:
The Chemist I position is designed for a developing chemist with basic scientific knowledge and understanding in laboratory techniques, analysis and problem solving. This position will work closely with other chemists and technicians to assist in the analysis of a wide range of customer samples and projects. The Chemist I is responsible for performing the analysis of sample materials using various analytical techniques to obtain both qualitative and quantitative data. This position also involves the use of analytical instrumentation to investigate the cause of chemical issues and problems.

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis is a remote position. The employee is expected to maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet access. Core working hours are determined by role responsibilities, client expectations, and business needs.
TravelThis role may require travel as business needs dictate, including overnight trips for client meetings, team collaboration, training sessions, and company events
Physical DemandsThe role involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, including frequent typing, video conferencing, and extended screen time. During travel or on-site activities, the employee may be required to stand or walk for extended periods, navigate office and client environments, and lift or carry materials or luggage up to 25 pounds.
