Responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting custom liquid coatings for transportation and industrial uses, collaborating with customers and suppliers, scaling up products, resolving manufacturing issues, and supporting quality investigations.
The role involves both independent and team work, with travel up to 10%.
Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with benefits covering 95% of costs.
Qualifications include experience in coatings formulation, quality systems, ISO 9001 auditing, knowledge of paint technology, color matching, regulatory standards, and proficiency in relevant software.
