Work Schedule
  • Shift: 1st Shift
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials in accordance with batch sheets and production instructions
  • Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality meets specifications and standards
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including mixers, pumps, and tanks
  • Record batch data and maintain detailed production logs
  • Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed during the production process
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status and issues
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or inconsistencies in materials or processes

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial mixing preferred
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, formulas, and safety guidelines
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Work Environment
  • Manufacturing or plant setting with exposure to paint-related chemicals, fumes, manufacturing noise, and varying temperatures

  • Use of PPE required at all times

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Pay: $20 per hour
