Job Title: Chem Process Operator (3rd Shift)

Core Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor equipment such as air scrubbers, wastewater treatment plant, chemical tanks, and monorail overhead cranes. Control process variables (temperature, pressure, flow rates) using computer systems or control panels
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
* Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
* Record production data and maintain logs
* Take samples and perform basic quality checks
* Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs or improvements
* Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
* Load and unload parts into processing racks.
* Ensure etching processes meet specifications for precision and uniformity
* Record process data and maintain detailed production logs
* Follow strict chemical room protocols and contamination control procedures
* Troubleshoot process equipment alarms
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve yield and efficiency
* Adhere to safety procedures when handling chemicals and wearing PPE.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year strong manufacturing background (aerospace industry experience is highly preferred).
- Understanding or experience with chemical, mechanical, and metallographic testing
- Experience in laboratory inventory control
- Experience in engineering testing failure analysis.
- Ability to utilize hand sheers, fume hood extractor, dimensional measuring, analytical lab equipment and scales.
- Strong math skills.
- Computer knowledge and applications experience.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
