Hiring: BOH Culinary Team (Head Chef, Sous Chef, & Line Cooks)
We are looking for dedicated culinary professionals to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring across multiple levels from leadership roles to the line and are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Open Positions
Head Chef / Sous Chef: For those with proven leadership experience, strong financial literacy (COGS/Labor), and the ability to inspire a team while maintaining rigorous quality control.
Line Cook / Chef de Partie: For disciplined cooks with sharp knife skills, a passion for consistency, and the ability to crush a high-volume service without breaking a sweat.
What You ll Do
Execute menu items with precision and speed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace (HACCP/Health Dept standards).
Collaborate with the team to ensure every plate leaving the pass is perfect.
(For Leadership) Manage inventory, ordering, and staff development.
What We re Looking For
Experience: Relevant high-volume or fine-dining experience based on the position applied for.
Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
Attitude: A "no-ego," team-oriented mindset. You show up on time and ready to work.
Certification: Valid Food Handlers or Food Protection Manager certificate.
