The Chef Manager (Contingent) position requires a minimum of a two-year degree in hotel/restaurant management, a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent food services training, with three years of management experience substituting for an associate's degree.
Military food service experience is acceptable if the candidate has reached paygrade E-5 or higher and maintained it for at least two years.
The candidate must also hold a valid ServSafe Manager certification.
