We are a vibrant Caribbean restaurant known for bold island flavors, fresh ingredients, and dishes that bring people together. Our kitchen culture is fast-paced, hospitality-driven, and highly collaborative, where our team supports one another, takes pride in their craft, and works together to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
This role is perfect for a strong Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Chef de Cuisine who thrives in a high-energy environment and is excited to bring creativity to a beloved neighborhood restaurant.
We re looking for someone who will:
Lead and inspire a passionate kitchen team
Bring creativity while maintaining consistency and quality
Help evolve and develop our menu with fresh ideas and seasonal inspiration
Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative restaurant culture
Caribbean cuisine experience is a plus, but not required.
We welcome chefs who are excited to explore and celebrate the flavors of the islands.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
