The manager stays current on food trends, collaborates with other departments for merchandising, and manages budgeting and promotions to drive growth.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of retail grocery experience, product merchandising expertise, passion for cheese and specialty foods, excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and Food Safety certification.
