This role involves operating cranes and cheese cutters for packaging, including loading, labeling, bagging, weighing, boxing, and palletizing cheese products. Responsibilities include setting up and controlling equipment, monitoring cheese processing, maintaining cleanliness, and accurate recordkeeping. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, teamwork, flexibility, and dependability. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with food manufacturing experience a plus. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, cool environment with chemicals. Work hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.
