BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN - Charge Nurse to join the MedicalSurgical Oncology unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.
Position Overview
The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

• Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts • Serve as charge nurse and preceptor • Promote professional growth, collaboration, and evidence-based practice • Communicate organizational priorities and unit goals

Requirements
• Active Florida RN license • BLS certification • Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience • Bachelors degree in Nursing • Preferred: Prior charge or leadership experience, oncology experience, or specialty certification
