How you'llcontribute  

A Charge Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Provides clinical leadership and oversight of hospital operations during assigned shifts
  • Serves as the first line of support for nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensures safe, effective patient care and adherence to nursing standards and rehabilitation philosophy
  • Coordinates patient admissions, staffing assignments, and unit workflow
  • Performs and supports accurate patient assessments, interventions, and documentation
  • Ensures completion and updates of interdisciplinary care plans
  • Monitors quality indicators (QIs) and supports performance improvement initiatives
  • Communicates and escalates clinical concerns or unusual occurrences appropriately
  • Supports staff education, development, and regulatory compliance
  • Assists with staffing plans, scheduling, and management of nursing resources

Schedule: 3 x 12 Full Time- Days

 

Whatwe'relooking for:

 

 

Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include: 

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
