Role at a Glance:
The financial space is in a period of transition: a disruption and migration from the centralized financial systems of today to blockchain-driven financial systems of the future. Paystand is seeking a driven, goal-oriented, relationship-building motivator to help us bring this future to NetSuiteVAR teams in the US and Canada. Primary goals will be to grow, engage, and enable our NetSuite sales partners to be empowered by Paystand's features and technology, driving more leads to the Paystand sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Engage and enable current NetSuite VAR and Alliance partnerships growing mind-share and lead flow to the sales teams. • Identify and pursue new NetSuite VAR and Alliance partnerships to support growth in the NetSuite ecosystem. • Conduct calls, webinars, and events to educate new and current NetSuite partnership sales teams. • Effectively communicating, motivating, and enabling NetSuite partner sales team reps, managers, and directors. • Conduct regular partner business reviews to detail out and track comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Work closely with sales teams to leverage partner relationships to meet booking targets. Coordinate with marketing teams to create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns and programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, and/or mid-market/enterprise sales. 3+ years of experience working with the NetSuite channel and VAR community. 3+ years working for a fast-paced SaaS company preferably in FinTech, Cloud ERP/CRM, or similar industry.
Key Skills:
• Strong relationship/rapport building skills with all levels of clients (Tech, C-level, etc). • Entrepreneurial approach with a can-do attitude. • Exceptional writing abilities across mediums (social, technical, prose). • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation. • Ability to travel (up to 25%) and work flexible hours as needed.
