Channel Partner Manager

We are seeking a Channel Growth Coordinator to support the execution and day-to-day operations of Dozee’s U.S. channel partner program. This role is ideal for a high-potential professional with experience in healthcare, sales operations, or business coordination who wants exposure to healthcare technology, partnerships, and regulated markets. This is an execution, coordination, and growth role supporting senior leadership as we scale partnerships across healthcare and government markets.

 

Maintain accurate tracking of channel partners across the pipeline (identified, qualified, contracting, onboarding, deployment)

Coordinate partner meetings, demos, and follow-ups

Prepare weekly pipeline and status reports for leadership

 

Research prospective partners (SNF operators, MSOs, platforms, government-adjacent organizations)

Compile briefing materials and background summaries

Support structured partner qualification processes

 

Coordinate partner onboarding and training logistics

Track training completion and readiness milestones

Distribute sales materials, documentation, and enablement resources

 

Track key partner metrics such as:

o Time-to-first-meeting

o Time-to-first-deployment

o Devices committed vs. deployed

Assist with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation

Flag risks or delays early to leadership

 

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, operations) to keep partner processes moving

Ensure documentation and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time

- A study at King George Medical University, Lucknow, and published in Frontiers in Medical Technology demonstrated that Dozee’s automation can potentially save 2.5 hours of nursing time per shift, improving workflow efficiency and allowing more focus on patient care.

- A study on remote patient monitoring in general wards published in Cureus found that 90%+ of healthcare providers reported improved care and patient safety, 74% of patients felt safer, and there was a 43% increase in time for direct patient care.

- Research by Sattva, an independent consulting firm, demonstrates Dozee's substantial impact: for every 100 Dozee-connected beds, it can save approximately 144 lives, reduce nurses’ time for vital checks by 80%, and decrease ICU average length of stay by 1.3 days.
