Job Summary:
Seeking a strategic Marketing Manager with experience in the electronics, semiconductor, engineering design, or supply chain industry. This role will own end-to-end marketing campaigns, partner with key manufacturers and suppliers, drive go-to-market strategies, and deliver measurable business growth through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:
  • Industry experience within electronics, semiconductors, engineering design, or supply chain
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strategic marketing mindset
  • Experience managing campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for supplier manufacturers
  • Develop annual and multi-quarter marketing strategies and roadmaps
  • Create and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns
  • Lead full-funnel marketing initiatives including digital, content, events, ABM, lead generation, and nurture campaigns
  • Manage campaign execution from planning through delivery and reporting
  • Partner with sales teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing investments
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships
  • Establish KPIs and deliver performance reporting to stakeholders
  • Identify new marketing opportunities based on market trends and customer insights

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management and campaign management experience
  • Experience building and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within electronics, semiconductor, engineering design lifecycle, or supply chain industries
  • Experience managing supplier or partner marketing programs
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies
