Looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong background in IT Service Management and proven expertise in establishing and driving Change Management practices within the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Drive Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes, governance, workflows, and controls in healthcare environments.
- Facilitate and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Review, assess, and approve change requests based on business impact, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and closure of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
- Monitor Change Management KPIs, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to minimize service disruption.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements within healthcare organizations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Hands-on experience in Change Management within enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of:
- Change Management
- Configuration Management (CMDB)
- Major Incident Management (MIM)
- Incident Management (IM)
- Problem Management
- Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Mandatory Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
Added Advantage
- Experience or knowledge in:
- Release Management
- Configuration Management
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Experience supporting healthcare IT transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to service governance, compliance, and operational excellence programs.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
The pay range for this role is $95,000 - $100,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
