Change Manager
Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)
Role Overview
Our organization is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful rollout and adoption of a new Supplier Information Management System (SIMS). This program is designed to improve data accuracy, compliance, transparency, and efficiency across the global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise change management expertise, experience developing training and SOPs, and the ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively.

Experience: 3-5 years of project or change management experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word is required.
Work Environment
This role will be part of a project-specific team focused on sourcing, P2P, and product development. The individual will partner with teams in Seattle in person and other teams virtually. This is a top-priority initiative for the cross-functional team.
